Wow'ed by Awesome Service from this individual at AVAF

Good Evening, After having horrible service with Wesbank (existing finance house) this is a quick shout out to the tremendous service I received from Mutshutshu Mulaudzi (Goodwin) from ABSA Vehicle & Asset Finance. This guy went out of his way to get me the Vehicle finance offer I requested, and I have this feeling this is his general attitude to all his customers as I do not know him from a bar of Soap. His always answers his phone or if missed returns the call asap. He replies to emails almost instantly and is courteous, polite and at the same time professional. He has shown that he values his brand as well his customers, even potential customers. I took the time to write this in my delight so I please request that this compliment be passed through to Senior Management at AVAF as Goodwin surely deserves all the recognition and praises for a Job well done. Thanks again Goodwin, it was refreshing to get customised offers that are personal and not just system generated. Keep up the fantastic work.
