I am a member of the Absa Rewards Programme. The offer extra services such as getting a plumber/electrician/ locksmith out if needed and they pay for the call out fee and the first hours labour. Well my geyser stopped working so I gave them a call. What amazing service I received. Within minutes I received an sms with a ref number and a call from Absa rewards informing me which plumber woud be attending to my problem. Within the next ten minutes we received a call from the plumbing company informing us who would be coming to look at our geyser. Then we also received a call from the attending plumber to make arrangements to meet someone at home. Within the hour the plumber attended to my geyser fixed the problem and all it cost me was the price of a new element and thermostat. That evening we could once again enjoy awesome hot water.
