Wouldn't let me change my surname

I went into the Wilkoppies branch and spoke to Kupi. I need to change my surname, because my account is still on my ****en name. I went with my new South African ID, since that was the instruction of the bank that they wouldn't change it without my new SA ID. Kupi refused to change it, apparently a ID identification is not good enough. She wants something that shows my new surname with my adress on. I explained to her I have no clothing accounts. I believe if you can't buy it, you can't afford it. Anyway I went home quickly and found a document from Old Mutual send in my new surname with the adress on and took it back to her. But again she said it's not good enough, it has to be a clothing account, except for Woolworths for some reason. I also presented, marriage certificate, all my husbands accounts send to that adress and a documents stated I stay at that adress, it was 2014, but thats from when I stay there. She said if she use the Old mutual documents they going to ''freeze'' my account. Why?? I also requested to speak to someone else that can possible help, but nobody was available. So ok ABSA what do you want from to to be able to change my surname. Dental records????
