Would you bank with ABSA????

Spent over 4 hours in and out of the ABSA branch , numerous phone calls( only to be cut off) as well as being lead done the wrong path by inept staff.

What does it take to get your systems in place ABSA? Particularly your "internet banking"

Cant even raise my so called relationship manager , who ever that may be both for my business and Private bank accounts I have with ABSA. Never met them in the over 2 decades I have banked with ABSA

Surprisingly have never had to endure this type of service from Investec or FNB, of which we also hold accounts.

Shame on you ABSA. You are about to loose all my business.
