Worst worst worst service at absa is this pinetown branch

Pinetown branch corner old main road situated...1 church lane....omg their service is **********. Even spoke to manager ...no joy. Customer service e has ONE person assisting. Sorry we short staffed today. Came on Tuesday and left due to 2 tellers and huge queue, came Wednesday same thing. Came today and unfortunately now I have to wait and only ONE person. Sorry we short staffed and noone else can help manager says. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT. How long does it take to issue replacement card issued 30 MINUTES ..I am not lying!!!! Just a replacement card.
