Worst when it comes to feedback

I have been following up on Paid Up Letters for over a month. I get an automatic reply with "Statements" and have been passed on to about 7 different people with absolutely no joy whatsoever. I have been asking and asking.

I then started getting mails with Links and "HOW TO" guides to get them myself. Do you think I would ask for help if I could get them myself? I want to start naming peoples names here that I have been in contact with, but I will rather add my Reference Numbers with the hope that someone could reply to a mail and send my Paid up letter as per the statements they keep sharing.

How many more times do you want me to follow up?
