Spoke to more the 5 consultants to aid in cancel my one of my vehicle insurance, with NO assistance. When one wants to take an insurance, you are quick to answer our calls, respond to our missed call or even have the time to call us.

After so many years of banking with Absa, this by far the worst experience.
