Worst Service - What a disgrace to the once Strong Brand

The worst experience I have ever had, this is a disgrace Absa. As a loyal customer I have lost all trust in this *********** bank. I app**** for a revolving facility and after approval and accepting the quote more than two weeks has since passed and all my Private Banker can tell me is there is an IT issue and there is no timeline to resolve this. Initially I was told this will take 2 days. Please don't market products you cannot sell.
