Worst Service to get a paid up letter with the case number from ABSA

I once took a loan with ABSA and my account was handed over to Norton & Associates who went and got judgement under my name without contacting and sending me summons informing of the same, now the account was further handed to McRoberts attorneys who indeed made contacts with me nd i was able to pay the account and settled in full, now i have been requesting ABSA to provide me with a paid letter evidencing the case number for the judgement to be removed and i am struggling with the same, this is unacceptable not to get any one to assist as Norton informed that the file was returned to ABSA and they cannot assist
