WORST SERVICE FROM ABSA ONLINE PERSONAL LOAN APPLICATIONS

I have app**** for a personal loan through ABSA BANK PERSONAL LOANS ONLINE APPLICATIONS 3 times without any success. The first time they took 2 months to phone me to say that they have a problem with their online uploaded documents and that I must e-mail documents to them. I wasn't near a pen to write down the e-mail address and the lady was going to phone me the next day. This never happened. A week ago I app**** again and when submitting my supporting documents via e-mail this time I got a reply that my reference number was incorrect even though I rep**** to the e-mail send to me??? Then again they have problems with PDF documents submitted. Why do you offer services to clients if you are not able to assist them?
