Worst Service from Absa home loan

I app**** for a R70 000 advance on my existing home loan of R560 000, but it was a nightmare to deal with the home consultant. They first said I didn’t qualify for it , because i had to pay +R16 000 a month. I said that is impossible asked for a review, they came back and said I qualified subject to the property’s valuation. Then they asked for house plans and a rezoning certificate, but they didn’t explain why. And I ask them again, what's rezoning is for? They said the house was not for residential use, but I bought it from Absa +5 years ago and they didn’t ask for these documents then. Now they withdrew my application because I didn’t submit the documents on time, even though I complained that they were unfair and wanted to rebook. The consult never bothered to calls back when, i was the one always sending message to get answers. I will not recommend anyone to use Absa home loan since I have been their client for +20 years
