Worst Service from Absa Bank Jubilee Mall

What a terrible experience from Absa Bank Jubilee Mall branch...Staff and management are not friendly and have customer service. Stood outside on a queue from 09h30am till 15h00pm only to be told to they closed. Closed at 15h00pm but on the door it shows 15h30pm Mon-Fri. We waited for the whole day and no one communicated with us till 15h00 when 2 rude staff members and security guy came to us and told us that we should come tomorrow because they're closed. No one cares to understand and ask what we're there for. Absa Bank is the worst bank ever. I will never recommend this bank to anyone.
