Worst service from ABSA

The most useless *********** bank in SA they have no clue what they are doing. FICA lock my account point 1 then the joke began. more than six mails later and every time asking for more documents and up to today no joy still the account is locked. the account is 20years old and still they requesting documents very bad service.
