worst service from Absa

i went under debt review about 5 years ago with consumer debt help(debt busters) and they never added my absa loan to that. So when me and my husband decided to go off it, we paid up all out debt. But no one could assist us with the absa. When you phone in to absa some of the agents tells you to go in to the bank ( what is have done a few times and to different branches) so they tell you no they can also not assist you. You have to phone in. Then i phone in and then i get told to phone and get transfered from one person to the next or you get told to phone mbd laywers. when you phone them they do not pick anything up and says your name is clean. But again when you ask them to send you proof, they are then not allowed to send you anything. Even thou it is you name and all your info . Then you phone absa again and they say their is money outstanding, and when you ask them to send you everything and still dont get anything to sort it out and clear your name. Does not seem like anyone from Absa can or want to assist. Always knew their service was bad and that was why moved away from then and moved to a different bank. I just want someone to assist me to get stuff sorted on my name. Its over 3 years now that i am astruggeling. and for the last week and a half i am more on the phone than anything ells to assist. And when yo get upset because no one wants to assist. The person on the line becomes rude. Not impress with Absa at all
