Worst service

I honestly do not understand who stopped my oinline account for my car, now I cannot access the account online and I'm told I need to go into the bank. For heaven sake I'm working, I do not have time to be going to the bank and end up contracting covid-19. Whoever closed it down must open it again as in yesterday as I didn't have to come to bank for it to be closed!!!
