WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

<p>During the past 3 months, I have visited my ABSA bank in potchefstroom mooirivier mall, 4 times only to be told that they don't actually know what to do. I tried to take out credit life and I can't understand how these people can spontaneously admit that they have no idea how this works??????</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a simple process (as I've been explained to telefonicly) I've been treated very rudely and the clerks standing in a corner laughing about the situation. </p> <p> </p> <p>The worste service that I have ever received!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
