Worst service ever: wouldn't even bank with Absa

Absa Bank I am so disappointed regarding the service my mom is getting from Mokopane branch in Limpopo. She tried withdrawing R2000 last week at your atm in mahwelereng shopping center but the money didn't come out. Surprisingly she got an sms that stated that the R2000 was withdrawn from her account. By the time she was using the atm there were SBV guys working inside the atm. She went to the branch to report the matter and she was told that the SBV guys will go to the atm to count the money on Monday but ever since then your tellers have been sending her from pillar to post. Please attend to this as a matter of urgency before we take actions. Hope to hear from you soon!
