Worst service ever with ABSa

To whom it may concern

I can not believe the lack of service i am experiencing with ABSA, i have been following up on this Reference C-***9 for like two weeks now and all am getting is that they are still investigating. What i dont understand is what exactly they investigating as the ATM swallowed my money and i still havent received feedback nor my money. I want my money its been 5 days now
