Worst service ever received

<p>i app**** for a credit card 3 weeks ago, they came a week later to deliver the card and collect the necessary documents. 3 weeks later and my card has still not been activated. Everyone has a different story and no one can assist. This is the most useless service I have ever received. I have been banking with absa for over 8 years. And this is the client service you receive. But don't make any mistake, they were sure to send me my credit card statement to pay the banking fees before the card has even been activated. Pathetic! </p>
