Worst service ever.

Worst service ever. App**** for a home loan online, received a reference number but when I followed-up on my application, they couldn't find it on their system. Then spoke to a consultant and emailed application and all supporting documents to him only to follow up 3 days later to find out no application has been loaded. Seems Absa is not interest in new clients.
