Worst service ever
Worst service from Absa numerous emails to increase my debit order and the increase to go towards the balloon payment. Emails responses are received from different agents who keep wasting my time and giving different information

THEY ARE SAYING I MUST WAIT TILL 05/08/2024.What kind of incompetence is this???kust increasing the instalment and the extra going to the reduction of the Balloon is what Absa can not do....worst service .Absa has no regard for clients
