Worst service ever 😒

I don't think you even deserve this one star. I stopper and replaced my card on the app and told it is ready to be collected at the centurion mall branch only to get there and sit for more than an hour before I get assisted as they don't have collections and I need to be on the queue. What is the point for doing it online? Why is there no option just to collect if you are saying it's ready to be collected and make me sit for an hour? The branch manager was not even helpful at all with only two customer service consultants working month end. I'm really disappointed in your service
