Worst service ever!!!

I went to ABSA bank in krugersdorp on 30-10-2020 for a credit limit increase on my credit card. Spoke to Refiloe Mabuza who passed me on to Nonhlanhla Mabuza.Nonhlanhla asked me to email her my payslip which I did on 31 Oct.she received them on 02 Oct but did not bother to tell me.I had to follow up, she said I will be answered aftered 48hrs but still nothing and its 05-11-2020.I went to AbSA in main strert where I called someone by the name of Chante Malan who told me point blank that There is no need for me to be frustrated as there is nothing she can do for me. I am really disappointed and angry because I spent my whole lunch hour trying to go through the call centre.
