WORST SERVICE EVER AFTER PAYING OFF A VEHICLE !!!!
I recently paid my car off and was expecting to receive the registration papers but instead they send 4 forms to the bank which I need to collect and theN go and do the change of ownership within 21 days. Absa sent this in December but it took 2 weeks to get it to the bank and then my 21 days were soon over. I had to request it again and go and collect it which I did. I then woke up early on Saturday and went to Krugersdorp licensing office to do this only to be told that I must use florida roodepoort as I stay in Allens Nek. I work in the week and I do not have leave days for this and florida does not open on Saturdays. This is a huge inconvenience to me as I have been to the bank twice now and will end up having to request this documents every 21 days until I find a suitable day to this , which will be months from now. I never had this experience when buying a car with wesbank. I just received the registration documents in my name I AM ALSO ILL WITH A CHRONIC ILLNESS AND I AM NOT EXPECTED TO GO OUT AND STAND IN QUEUES. ABSA IS REALLY MAKING MY LIFE DIFFICULT. SO GOING FORWARD I WILL JUST KEEP REQUESTING THESE PAPERS TO BE SENT TO THE BANK EVEN IF I DO IT THE WHOLE YEAR .
I AM REALLY NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM ABSA EVEN AFTER PAYING OFF MY CAR !!!
