Worst Service Ever Absa

I took an investment account with Absa in 2018 and last year I closed the account without claiming the monies that was in the account, last month I went to Absa Westgate and claimed the money they told me the money will reflect into my current account on the last day of June, still it didn't, went there on Monday to check what's happening and they said I will receive the money on 1st of July which is today, I call them now they are telling me that I will get money the beginning of next month
