Worst service ever

ABSA is the worst bank in Mzansi. I don't know how many times I should send them emails. How many times I should complain for them to resolve my issue. Made a payment on the 5th of February until this day the funds haven't been send to the right person it stuck on the current balance. No one from ABSA is willing to assist me. So please just release my funds so I can focus on opening another bank account cause you guys are pathetic. Your customer service is worse. Even when you go to their bank branches the service they provide is the worst.
