Worst Service Ever

disappointed disappointed....after waiting for an hour on a Saturday to open a new account at ABSA East Rand Mall . I had to find out with a shock on Monday the 26/05/2025 that my salary could not be deposited into my account . After phoning the help line which by the way was no help at all just another waste of time . I was told two different stories by two different people both working for ABSA by the way .So i decided to go into the branch to get it sorted ,after waiting another hour I had to learn that my account is open they are just waiting for who i still don't know to open the account. The guy that helped me initially on Saturday promised that he will phone them and have a rush put on it ,after promising me that he will still call me on Monday the 26/05/2025 to tell me what is going on we left . Yet again to my disappointment i was never called . Needless to say my account is still not opened and i could not receive my salary due to this . I am now being paid late because of ABSA'S bad client service , what a disappointment such a shame as the old Volkskas was such a great bank .
