WORST SERVICE EVER!

ABSA has been an absolute nightmare in assisting us with a claim (HOME INSURANCE)

After numerous calls and mails the just don't seem to care. Lungile, dealing with our claim has not answered any calls or mails. The action line is just as useless.

Worst service ever, if you have insurance with them, I suggest you look into finding another insurer. Don't even bother with doing business with this useless bank!

Disgrace!
