Worst service ever!

<p>I had app**** for a credit card with absa a while back, customer service was great until i couldnt make monthly payment because of my financial situation at that time. I was handed over to a company called newtons where i eventually s****ed making payment and then my account was transferred to another company called anthony & richards associates for what reason i do not know. Anyway i continued to pay the arranged amount from October 2014. My last payment was made in June 2015. Ever since i paid off this account i did not hear a thing from anyone regarding my paid up letter or even to thank me for paying the account off YET when i wasnt paying the account i was hounded by these companies for payment. Anyway it is now May 2016 and i have another company called nimble collection services hounding me for an amount of R581.83 which was paid by me in June 2015. I will not be paying this amount if my acount has already been paid off. Now this company nimble says its my responsibility to get the paid up letter now where the hell do i get this letter from if Anthony & Richards refuse to give me the letter as they say they are not handling this account but have forwarded everything to absa and then Absa says they cannot provide me with anything until they investigate!!! Investigate What exactly??? i do not know who is not doing their job correctly but i want that paid up letter immediately. This has been going on for the past 2 weeks and i will not wait another week or so for any feedback I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER!!!!</p>
