Worst service ever

The worst service ever.Cannot even send me a statement on my credit card to check ********** transactions which i need to complete on their forms.No help at all.This when they let transactions go through on my garage card which is **********.I have been with this bank since 1990 and this is the thank you i get.I would rather move all my accounts over to another bank.I would strongly suggest they up their customer service.
