WORST SERVICE EVER

My vehicle is covered together with my house and household goods but everytime I call ABSA about my vehicle i get different stories. it's either they can't find my vehicle account or the complaint im raising is not covered by the insurance eg towing.<br> <br> What insurance doesn't cover towing? Im told to call my maintenance plan company Motorite to come tow the car or drive it to the VW dealership.<br> <br> I need to know what this stupid insurance covers because in tired of getting contradicting responses.
