Worst Service Ever!!!!

I have been dealing with the most unprofessional human being ever, by the name of Tlou Chokwe at ABSA Trust. She does not have communication skills at all. She hardly takes phone calls or respond to emails. Can ABSA please employ people who want to work. This individual is not bothered and has no sense of urgency. She acts like she is doing you a favor by doing what is required of her.
