Worst Service ever

<p>I cannot use my business account for 2 days now because of "Fica", stuff that I submitted at my branch MONTHS ago. Nobody at my branch can help me, Im in a state of panic where as your bank is supposed to help you. How can you run a business with a frozen account because of their lame service? I Cannot believe that they can FREEZE your account as you are trying to run a business, and on top of this I have submitted the documents already. I have phoned everyone now, and nobody can help me because they are "too busy" with other complaints of customers because of this "fica" thing. I have to say that I am convinced now that ABSA is the worst bank in this country!</p>
