Worst service

I've had yet to resolve a ongoing complaint where for 2months now I was suppose to move to a chequered account and still been charged high bank charges on a savings account. I asked for my bank charges be reversed as I was told on the 23rd September they have changed me on the correct account type. My complaint was just closed without my knowledge or agreement
