Worst service at Shelly Beach ABSA Bank

Worst service ever. After nearly 2 hours, they do not want to issue me a new bank card. They asked for my id and proof of residence to be mailed. I did, and after all the trouble and effort they refuse to help me and claimed that I need to bring in the documentation. All this and I can not access my own money. Worst service I ever experienced. What a waste of time.
