Worst service and no detailed feedback. Ridiculous for been charged unpaid debit order fee for a tracking debit order.

I regret switching to ABSA, this is the worst bank I have ever used. How do you charge unpaid debit order fee for a Tracking Debit order, a whole R 150 for that matter. When you log a dispute you are told you will be called back in 8 working hours which is never done. And you receive an email bluntly saying you initiated the debit order so they wont refund you. How, because it's a tracking I don't understand the concept!!!!?????
