Worst service after Eskom!

Worst service ever!!! We called 2 days ago for a plumber. You said you will have someone call me in 2 hrs and excess R500. No problem. 2 days later. No plumber and we have now ice cold water where this could have been resolved sooner. We call you this morning hold on the phone for an hour just to get cut off. Call again. Someone answered just to transfer us to a different department just to hold on again. We pay for service! We didn't even get a reference nothing!
