Worst service
Absa Bank must be the most frustrating bank of all the banks in the RSA. They cannot help me to fix a simple enquiry from bank manager to Headoffice...and I'm supposed to be a "valued customer"!!!! Stay away from them, go another bank!!!!!!!!

29 Jun 2022, 09:17So on Monday 27 June 2022 I tried to obtain my tax certificate and after various calls and more than an hour on the phone was told it will only be loaded on the system on 01 July 2022.
Take note that the tax year closed on 28 February 2022 already, and I received all the required certificated and documentation for 2021/2 tax year to hand to my bookkeeper, except the tax certificate from Absa which they refuse to load on my banking. profile. It's a document that I must have and they must supply, it's my right as a client to have it and yet they refuse.
To crown their arrogance is that they haven't even tried to contact me since my very bad review on them.
Take it from me, stay away from ABSA!!
