WORST SERVICE

This is for absa vehicle finance

i have a balloon payment on my vehicle and i went to the branch to ask them to refinance it for 2months, meaning i want to pay it in 2months and i was told it can never happen, as a customer i cant negotiate anything when it comes to balloon payment, they (ABSA) are the ones to tell me how they want to refinance my balloon payment. and worse of it all they want to force me to refinance my balloon payment for 12 months minimum while i want to pay it in 2months....i have been their client for a very long time, never skipped paying my car installments now they want to refinance my balloon payment minimum of 12moths and add crazy interest.

ABSA ALLOW ME TO SETTLE MY BALLON PAYMENT IN 2MONTHS PLEASE.
