Worst SA Bank

I always heard ABSA was not a good bank but never really payed attention to what people said, Since my last 3 months I was with ABSA has been nothing but disaster. When i opened my account i asked to give me the same service that i had with my other bank in which was not done.

I don't have my overdraft like i had. I had to go back into the bank due to the consultant not activating my card when i picked it up.

I had a medical emergency and needed a short term loan and was rejected with no reason. The consultant over the phone was rude and arrogant getting upset with the questions i asked.

I emailed the team and got a response after 5 days, when i rep**** to that of them telling me to call them i was put back into the email queue for them to pass my enquiry over to someone.

DID I MAKE A MISTAKE JOINING ABSA? YES

I would not recommend anyone to join ABSA especially when they i need of the facilities they would be rejected allowing stress to their lives.
