Worst Relationship Banker I have ever had the displeasure to deal with

We would like to lodge a complaint against our Relationship Manager, Sibo Qabisisa, from the Mthatha Plaza branch. The account in question is for the Dr Grace Sangoni Memorial Centre with account number ***.

Sibo notified us in March that we need to send her our FICA documents. We immediately comp****, we then tried to contact her to ensure she had received the documents and she has been almost avoiding us. We'd go to the branch and ask to see her and he would flatly refuse to attend to us. In the most recent instance we were at the branch and she spoke to us through a third party, telling the other person they need to explain the process to us. Without any notice she has now frozen our account even though we had given her the FICA documents, yet again.

May we please have this issue resolved for us and a new Relationship Banker. Sibo is arrogant and hateful and she knows absolutely nothing about customer service. I can say without any hesitation that she doesn't practise any of the ABSA values.
