Worst Personal loan Customer service.

I have app**** for a personal loan online. Last week on Tuesday 10th January 2023 everything was finalised and I accepted the Debi Check and the consultant who was assisting told me that she has made a payout. A week later the money is still not reflecting in the account. Their call centre always **** to me that someone will call me back. This loan does no longer serve the purpose
