WORST online/telephone service!

This HAS TO BE the WORST bank ever! Your website is NOT user friendly, your telephone options or IVR is the worst to navigate ever!!! EVERY single time I call, you have to hear that your service offerings have changed, your options on your IVR change every GOD damn week! Its honestly the worst bank ever! EVERY SINGLE month my husband has to go into a branch to unlock his cellphone/internet banking. Its honestly a nightmare having this account even though its not mine! Please just close this bank! I cant wait to close this account!
