WORST MOST USELESS SERVICE EVER

I have received very bad customer experiences in my life, but this is topping it by far!!<br> <br> I lodged a complaint at ABSA customer care and on HelloPeter dated 2015-12-14, regarding bad service received from Loans Department. I received the normal cut and paste response from ABSA that they will contact me.<br> <br> On 2015-12-17 I had to phone Customer service and follow up on my complaint as I have not heard anything from them. I was informed that \Nondumiso"(the person whom I complained about in the first place) said that she did phone me back and gave me feedback regarding my loan application. I requested once AGAIN to discuss my application with the Credit Manager"
