WORST, MOST PATHETIC HOME OWNERS INSURANCE

ABSA can take there home owners insurance and shuff it where the sun doesn't shine! I was bul**** by ABSA into having this insurance. Pathetic service is not even the word. I registered a claim on a burst geyser on 2022/11/01 at 05:30. Same day I contacted them at 08:58 to make sure they lodge the claim to a service provider. Oh, they say that the service provider will contact me within 4 hours. WHAT! 4 Hours later I contact them again, holding on, holding on, holding to no avail. Half an hour later I contact them again, waited 7 min for an operator. Get through to operator she asked me to hold on, 2 min later the call gets cut. My husband got home and he calls them just after 15:00. Operator said that their SYSTEM selected an out of district service provider and the service provider canceled. I lodge a complaint. OK they say they will escalate the complaint and get someone as soon as possible to assist. It's now 2022/11/02 18:00 and not a single word from ABSA. I WILL BE CANCELLING MY INSURANCE AND I WILL MOVE EVERY SINGLE THING I HAVE AT ABSA TO ANOTHER BANK. IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT A CLIENT WHOSE MONEY WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR 28 YEARS SURELY YOU DONT NEED ANY CLIENTS!!
