Worst mobile banking service ever

For so many times now, Absa app let me down once again that i cant log in for i dont even know how many times this has happened? One of the worst banks in South Africa as this happened to me 5 months ago when i was in the USA and now again. Why does this always happen to me and im very curious of how many other people have the same issues as this is just not on.
