WORST FIRST TIME with ABSA

I'm a very loyal FNB client, but have decided to look to what other banks can offer me. My parents have been the loyal ABSA clients. So in July I decided to apply for a credit card with ABSA. I was provisionally approved and then sent through the requested documents. On the 25th of July I received an sms saying my application is being finalized. On 30 July i receive an email requesting my documents, i then called to follow up and was told that the "card is in the process of being generated". On 1 August i call again to follow up and was then told they need my marriage certificate. On 7 August i get an email saying my credit card has been finalized (FINALLY). On 13 August i call to follow up on when the card will be delivered, I'm then told that as im on hold, they're sending a delivery instruction and delivery can take between 3 - 5 working days. Today (14 August) i call again to check, I'm again told that as I'm on hold a delivery instruction is sent to the courier and that i can actually call them. When calling the courier - "Sorry ma'am we didnt receive any delivery instruction". I call ABSA AGAIN, then i'm told that she can't see the delivery instruction was sent/signed off, but that she can do it while I'm on hold and that it will take 3 - 5 working days for delivery. I have spent a MONTH on back and forth with ABSA trying to get a credit card that i didnt even give my own bank a chance with. I have spent money on calls, time on calls, for absolutely NOTHING!
