Worst finance house ever

This has to be the most terrible finance house ever. For the past couple of months I have been trying to get them to correct errors they have made on my account where they overcharge on interest and where they do not allocate payments made to the account. I have been making monthly payments however my balance does not seem to be reducing. I have been in contact with them trying to resolve this however their service is extremely bad. If I could give it a zero rating I would. Do not finance with Ford Credit or Absa.
