Worst experience with closure department

Worst service. Constantly charging even after you've requested account closure. I've been waiting almost a year to close my cheque account and the retentions staff are not helpful at all. They are calling me with charges that make no sense because this account was supposed to be closed. On top of that, I've now paid off the credit card and asked for it to be closed and this is taking forever - no surprise there. They want it to now incur more charges and claim they cannot close it AGAIN. The worst service and just wanting to take people's hard earned money for nothing.
