Worst experience of my life. How does one finance company take things that affect a person credit record so causally. Someone went and cancelled my home loan debit order without instructions and now you calling me saying the loan is arrears are you CRAZY!!! You guys need to call me and sort it out. On top of that I called you to advise you, nobody cares. You guys are gonna fix this with trans union or I am going to the Ombudsman. There is no way.
